·          Marketing and advertising activities are carried out on the basis of the legal reason for express content specified in Article 5/1 of The Law.
·         Activities based on the purpose of improving services and customer satisfaction and communication are carried out on the basis of the legal reason of legitimate interest set out in The Law 5/2(f).
 
 
C. METHODS OF COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA

         To request deletion or destruction of personal data in case the reasons necessitating their processing cease to exist, despite personal data have been processed in accordance with The Law and other relevant law provisions, and to request notification of the operations made within this context to third parties to whom his/her personal data have been transferred,
         To object to a consequence arising to the detriment of the person by analysing the processed data exclusively by automatic means
         To demand that the loss to be recovered in case he/she is harmed due to illegal processing of personal data.
If the User submits his/her requests regarding his/her rights mentioned above to arkiwall.com in accordance with the application procedures stipulated in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Officer, arkiwall.com will conclude his/her request as soon as possible and not later than 30 (thirty) days free of charge. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, arkiwall.com may charge you the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board.

7. CHANGES TO BE MADE TO PRIVACY POLICY
